BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to secure each reservation.

A deposit equal to the first nights’ accommodation is required to secure the booking. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit.

Bookings made within 7 days of check in require full payment to be made.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for deposits and final payments.

Final payment must be received no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. After this time all money paid is nonrefundable.

Changes and Cancellations

When cancelling your booking fees may apply.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to check in will receive a full refund of money paid.

Cancellations made after this time but prior to 7 days of check in will forfeit all payments unless the date can be rebooked or moved to an alternative date.

All cancellations made 7 days or less prior to check in are non-refundable.

Any refunds due will be processed to the same payment method which was used to pay for booking.

Barrack Point Holidays does not accept bookings for persons under the age of 18 years of age. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. We reserve the rights to cancel any reservation where this condition is not met.

Warilla Bowling Club Members – are eligible to receive a 5% discount on their booking. Please mention your membership on booking and present your current membership card upon arrival.
